Efektivitas Pelatihan Penggunaan Modul Pendamping KMS Terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Dan Ketepatan Kader Dalam Menginterpretasikan Hasil Penimbangan Balita Di Posyandu
abstrak: Results of monitoring of nutritional status in the province of Aceh in 2013 acquired 19.72% total PEM children, and 1.80% of them including severe PEM, and the prevalence of short children reached 37.1%. Cadre of highly strategic role through monitoring the growth of children in neighborhood health center, the necessary training with KMS companion module to determine the interpretation of the results of weighing children in neighborhood health center. Study to assess the effectiveness of training in the use of KMS companion module to increase the knowledge and accuracy in interpreting the results cadres child's weight. Analytic descriptive study using Quasi-Experimental design with pretest posttest approach non-equivalent group. The experiment was conducted in Darul Imarah for 2 months. The survey results revealed training exercise significant influence in increasing knowledge (p=0.002) and the accuracy of cadres (p=0.000) in the interpretation of data. Further training evidenced by KMS module is more effective in increasing the knowledge of cadres (p=0.022) and increase the accuracy of cadres (p=0.000) compared with no training modules. The conclusion that training with a companion module KMS have an influence in increasing the knowledge and precision of cadres, besides this training has better effectiveness than training without modules.
