Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Ketuban Pecah Dini Di Ruang Bersalin RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi Tahun 2012
abstrak: Abstract: Incidence of premature rupture occurs more frequently in pregnancy at term by 95% of the preterm pregnancy by 34%. The longer the time between premature rupture of membranes, increasing the risk of infection. Infection rates in the first 24 hours in the 37th week of pregnancy up to 42 at 1.6% to 29%. Complications during labor with premature rupture of membranes more than 6 hours was 16.5%. Hospital Raden Mattaher Jambi is one referral hospital for the region Jambi province. In 2009 women who had premature rupture by 92 people (6.84%), for in 2009 as many as 85 people (5.77%), and in 2010 as many as 179 people (20.9%). From these data it can be seen an increase in the incidence of premature rupture of membranes. The purpose of this study to determine the factors associated with the incidence of Premature Rupture of Membranes in Hospital Delivery Room Raden Jombi Mattaher 2012. This study is an analytic survey with cross sectional design was implemented in October 2012. The sample in this research that all birthing mothers in the delivery room as much as 149 people. Analysis of the data using univariate and bivariate. Researchers obtain data 49 maternal experience premature rupture of maternal total as 149 people. Maternal age > 35 years as much as 20.1% and maternal age ? 35 years as much as 79.9%. Maternal parity ? 2 children at 49.7% and maternal parity > 2 children sebesar 50,3%. Mothers with abnormal fetal lies at 10.1%, and the location of the head at 89.9%. Results showed from the variables age, parity and location of abnormalities that have a significant relationship with the incidence of premature rupture of membranes is variable parity.
